Required Qualifications

·         8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

·         Strong hands-on experience with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud)

·         Experience working on E-commerce / Digital Commerce platforms

·         Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodology

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in E-commerce platforms, specifically SAP Hybris, to support ongoing digital commerce and enterprise transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile delivery (SAFe), and end-to-end system analysis, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

This role requires a hybrid presence in Conshohocken, PA (2–3 days onsite weekly).

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders across E-commerce and Digital teams

·         Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications

·         Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and architects within a SAFe Agile framework

·         Support SAP Hybris (Commerce) platform enhancements and integrations

·         Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria

·         Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT support

·         Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable system solutions

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless platform integrations

·         Provide documentation and support release management processes
