2. Should have understanding on CRM integration wrt ISU business
3. Should have knowledge on ADID , Fuel Prices Change
4. Should be able to make changes related to Regulatory Compliance
5. MUST have understanding on Rate Changes
6. Should have knowledge on end to end business process for Billing Cycle, configurations, testing and impacts analysis
7. Should have prior AMS experience
