MetaRPO is looking for a talented SAP S/4 RISE Public Cloud Project Manager to join our innovative team. This remote contract position offers an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Senior Level professional to lead key projects in the Staffing and Recruiting industry from the comfort of your home while based in Indianapolis.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of SAP S/4 RISE Public Cloud projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance our service offerings, contributing to the overall growth of MetaRPO. Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4 RISE Public Cloud project implementations from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
- Develop project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
- Support training and change management initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4 RISE Public Cloud implementations
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
