Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions, driving maintenance, scheduling, MRO warehouse integration, and Ariba procurement alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own EAM solution design (work orders, preventive/corrective maintenance, asset structures)
• Lead work management lifecycle (plan → schedule → execute → close)
• Drive detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and compliance tracking
• Integrate EAM with MRO warehouse (directed picking, staging, inventory control)
• Lead SAP Ariba integration (procurement, services, PO lifecycle)
• Engage stakeholders across Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Support testing, cutover, and hypercare

Requirements:

• 10+ years SAP EAM/S/4HANA experience
• Strong expertise in maintenance scheduling & MRO supply chain
• Hands-on Ariba integration experience
• Industry experience (manufacturing/utilities/oil & gas)
• Leadership & stakeholder management skills
