10+ years in Program/Project Management/ Delivery Lead (of which 1-2 years maybe as functional analyst, BA, or on GRC / risk management platform implementations).

·         3+ years hands-on with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules,  process definition, real solution design experience, not just project oversight

·         Demonstrated ability to work independently within a complex, multi-national Financial Services organization structure, manage stakeholder relationships across internal Business Units and geographies, and drive decisions without heavy oversight.

·         Strong documentation skills,  functional specs, process maps, user stories, and test scripts that actually get used

·         Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals

·         Comfortable operating in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

·         IRM Certified Implementation specialist preferred
