Key Expertise & Responsibilities:

  • Teamcenter Architecture & Design:
    • Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-level Teamcenter solutions, including modules like Engineering Process Management (EPM), Manufacturing Process Management (MPM), Requirements Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Reporting.
    • Define and enforce best practices for Teamcenter configuration, customization, data modeling, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CAD).
    • Develop technical roadmaps and strategies for Teamcenter evolution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
    • Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter deployment strategies, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Integrated Program Planning & Execution (SME):
    • Serve as the primary SME for integrating program planning and execution methodologies within the Teamcenter environment.
    • Design and implement solutions for comprehensive program management, including schedule management, resource planning, cost tracking, and risk management, all within or integrated with Teamcenter.
    • Facilitate the digital thread across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring seamless data flow and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project management teams.
    • Develop and standardize processes for requirements definition, change control, configuration management, and traceability to support large-scale, complex programs.
    • Champion the adoption of agile and lean principles within PLM processes to improve program responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership & Consulting:
    • Provide expert consultation to stakeholders, guiding them through complex PLM challenges and opportunities.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
    • Conduct workshops and presentations to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • PLM Platforms: Siemens Teamcenter (Active Workspace, various modules)
