Lead the Workday Advanced Compensation pod as a consulting partner, advising customers on best practice usage of Workday compensation features and designing scalable, compliant compensation solutions aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

1. Act as the lead consulting partner for the Workday Advanced Compensation workstream, owning solution design and client advisory.

2. Design and configure Advanced Compensation, including compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, proration, and compensation review cycles.

3. Translate customer compensation strategies (merit, bonus, incentives, allowances, stock) into standard Workday business processes using delivered functionality.

4. Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, feature adoption, and release driven enhancements related to Advanced Compensation.

5. Lead solution design workshops, playbacks, and design sign offs, ensuring alignment between business needs and Workday capabilities.

6. Ensure seamless integration and alignment across Core HCM, Security, Business Process Framework, Reporting, Payroll, and downstream impacts.

7. Review and govern configuration quality across the pod, resolving complex compensation scenarios and design decisions.

8. Stay current with Workday releases and proactively recommend improvements to optimize compensation processes and user experience.
