Job title: Workers Compensation Attorney (Hybrid)

Location: Woodland Hills, CA,

Salary:$160,000 - $180,000/year

What you will be doing:

• Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity.
• Create litigation plans.
• Create budget plans, if necessary.
• Conduct discovery.
• Travel to court and other appearances.
• Try cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction.
• Compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients.
• Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experience you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience in the defense of workers’ compensation cases.
