at least 8 years of experience working in Advanced scheduler, configuration and Workforce software interfaces. This individual will provide the business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the ever-changing needs of customers.
Key Accountabilities
• Provide technical direction for design, development and systems integration from definition phase through implementation.
• Ensure system, technical and product architecture adheres to operational, architectural and design standards and principles.
• Review proposals for technology systems and implement effective solutions to resolve system deficiencies.
• Apply industry trends and developments to improve solution and service delivery.
• Own technology oversight and manage technical risks throughout projects.
• Provide production support and create technical plans that adapt to changing requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Act as liaison between vendors, project portfolios and business units, keeping stakeholders informed of status.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Advanced scheduler, configuration and Workforce software interfaces.
• Mandatory certifications: CT104 (Building New Configuration) or CT103 (Workforce Time Advanced Configuration) and Workforce Time Interfaces.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software.
• Proficient in Workforce software configuration, integration, application development and maintenance.
• 5–7 years’ experience in an SDLC environment with Agile, SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience standing up environments from an infrastructure delivery perspective.
• Experience acting as a strategic technology consultant between portfolios and business units.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce integration with Workforce is a plus.
