About the Role

We are looking for an Operations & Finance Intern to support internal workflows and financial processes.

You will contribute to budgeting, reporting, operational coordination, and process optimization in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational and administrative tasks
• Assist with financial tracking, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping
• Help prepare budgets, forecasts, and internal reports
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and efficiency
• Conduct research on operational and financial best practices
• Coordinate documentation and internal communications
• Collaborate cross-functionally on business initiatives

Requirements

• Background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable working remotely
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Availability during CET working hours

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with accounting or finance tools
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or personal development
• Previous exposure to financial reporting or operations

Internship Details

• Fully remote
• 30 hours per week
• Minimum 6-month commitment
