We’re looking for a leader with a proven ability to drive growth – someone who has built international sales and knows how to lead business with clarity, pace, and direction.
We’re a fast-growing fashion brand in e-commerce, with revenues exceeding SEK 100 million, presence in 30+ countries, and a network of 130 retail partners.
Now we’re entering the next phase of our international expansion – and we’re looking for the right person to lead it.

 

💼 Responsibilities

  • Set and lead the international sales strategy for our retail partner network
  • Grow and optimize sales across ~30 markets
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and key partners
  • Take full responsibility for a team of senior sales professionals – you stay close, keep them on their toes, know their markets inside out, and always lead by example
  • Prioritize efforts based on data, commercial opportunities, and clearly defined goals
  • Build scalable structures – even as the company grows rapidly
  • Stay active in the business – from strategy to closing deals

  • A strategic sales leader with presence and confidence
  • Someone who earns respect through execution – not titles
  • You’ve built international retail structures from the ground up – and know what it takes
  • You’ve led other salespeople – but never stopped selling yourself
  • You’ve launched sales from scratch, spotted what was missing – and solved it
  • You have natural drive, high pace, and are never fully satisfied
  • You’re confident leading others – but thrive when you’re the one calling, pitching, and closing
  • You spend at least 70% of your time in the business – where it happens
  • You communicate effectively – in writing and speaking, in both Swedish and English (and preferably more languages)
  • You’re solution-oriented, proactive, and always looking for the next opportunity
  • You’re confident setting direction – and ready to take full responsibility for results
  • You create frameworks when they don’t exist – and improve them when they do
