Location: Near Akshardham, New Delhi
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days office | 3 days WFH)
CTC: ₹3–3.5 LPA

Role Summary
This is a finance-first, hands-on role. You will manage daily finance work and also support HR and internal operations. Strong finance basics are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing and incentive calculations
  • Client invoicing, collections, and MIS reporting
  • Basic GST, TDS, and compliance coordination
  • Excel-based tracking of revenue and costs
  • Support HR tasks like hiring, onboarding, and intern management
  • Assist with internal operations and reporting

Requirements

  • 1+ year hands-on experience in finance/accounts
  • Strong Excel and MIS skills
  • Experience with payroll and invoicing
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable handling finance plus HR/ops work
