Key Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead daily store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Supervise, support, and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Create schedules, manage timecards, and ensure proper shift coverage
- Train and onboard new employees, maintaining service and product standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and product availability
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store environment
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and performance targets
