MOBHIRA INTERNATIONAL is seeking a skilled Tea Maker to join our vibrant team in Kuwait. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our renowned restaurant, known for its exceptional tea blends and culinary experiences.

As a Tea Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality tea beverages that delight our customers and enhance their dining experience. You'll work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure the perfect balance of flavors and presentation, contributing to our mission of providing top-notch service in the restaurant industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that values creativity and excellence in tea craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of tea blends according to established recipes
• Ensure the quality and freshness of tea ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea preparation area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to enhance menu offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service and tea recommendations
• Keep up with industry trends and innovative tea practices
• Assist in training junior staff on tea preparation techniques
• Handle inventory management for tea supplies

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tea Maker or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of different tea types and brewing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for tea
• Ability to adapt and learn new tea-making techniques
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
