The Role: Mercor is seeking Legal Interns to write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train advanced AI systems. Your legal research skills, writing expertise, and familiarity with U.S., U.K., or Canadian legal systems will ensure AI responses are accurate, precise, and aligned with real-world legal reasoning.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have internship experience at law firms, in-house legal departments, government agencies, or legal research organizations (US/UK/Canada)
• Are pursuing or recently completed J.D., LL.B., or equivalent from top US/Canadian/UK university
• Excel at legal research, writing, and case law analysis
• Have exceptional attention to detail and respect for legal precision
• Are based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada

What they offer:

• $45-$65 per hour
• Fully remote and asynchronous - work your schedule
• Flexible: 10-20 hours/week (potential to scale to 40 hours)
• Minimum 1-2 months, extendable
