As a Customer Service Admin, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, ready to engage with customers directly. You won't just be at your desk; you'll actively communicate with visitors, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. We offer a competitive monthly salary range of SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,500, along with a supportive team atmosphere that prioritizes collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and address their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks related to customer service

Requirements

  • Able to converse, read, and write fluently in both English and Mandarin
