 Responsibilities:

 End‑to‑End Sales Ownership: Manage the full cycle from prospecting and engagement through demos, negotiation, and closure driving growth from the ground up.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target high‑value prospects and decision‑makers within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Discovery & Pitching: Engage prospects to uncover pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations with clear value propositions.
  • Technology Enablement: Use modern sales tools, CRM platforms, and digital engagement technologies to streamline outreach and track pipeline activities.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and close contracts to exceed quotas.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Revenue Growth: Address customer needs, create urgency, and close orders to drive revenue.
  • Execution Excellence: Demonstrate urgency, follow‑up discipline, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
