Duties & Responsibilties:

• This role will engage in consistent, substantial efforts outside of the office to generate sales including, without limit, meeting with potential borrowers and referral sources and proactively seeking new business relationships.
• As well as service incoming Home Loan inquiries, including inbound phone calls and web apps to maximize production results.
• The use of interpersonal and communication skills will be key in generating referral business and leads.
• This will include developing working relationships with new brokers and builders, with an emphasis on Realtors.
• Travel in Greater Phoenix Area, all clients locations.
• Looking for someone who has referral business from outside sources, Realtors, etc.
