NAPCY is seeking a DLP Purview Engineer to join our innovative Microsoft Purview DLP department. This contract position is fully remote and based in Hyderabad, offering a unique opportunity to work with advanced data loss prevention technologies in the rapidly evolving field of Information Technology.

In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing DLP solutions that safeguard sensitive data across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our data protection strategies, ensuring compliance and security in our digital landscape. Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview DLP solutions
• Monitor and analyze data protection policies and incidents
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance data security measures
• Conduct regular assessments of DLP effectiveness and compliance
• Provide training and support to staff on DLP best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data protection
• Develop documentation for DLP processes and policies
• Assist in incident response and remediation efforts related to data loss

Requirements

• Proven experience in DLP technologies and solutions
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Purview and data governance
• Experience in risk assessment and compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

  Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection solutions.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads and related security features.
  Experience with:
                         o Sensitivity labels & label policies
                         o Data classification & content inspection
                         o Endpoint DLP
                         o PowerShell scripting
                         o Azure AD / Entra ID
  Knowledge of network, endpoint, and cloud security principles.
  
  Professional Experience
  2+ years of Prior experience implementing and handling Microsoft Purview DLP solutions
