Job Title: Factory HR Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Factory HR Executive with prior experience in manufacturing or plant HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes at the shop floor, managing compliance, and supporting day-to-day workforce administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory, including attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift rosters.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for factory workers and staff.
- Support statutory compliance activities, including coordination for PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act requirements, and audits.
- Ensure timely updates of employee records, ID cards, contracts, and renewal of labor-related documents.
- Conduct shop floor grievances handling and support HRBP with employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage contract workforce coordination with vendors and ensure proper deployment.
- Monitor discipline on the shop floor and report deviations as needed.
- Conduct safety briefings in coordination with the admin/safety team.
- Track manpower requirements, absenteeism, and support hiring for worker-level roles.
- Assist in monthly HR reporting, payroll inputs, and compliance reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and factory workforce.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Factory HR / Plant HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge of labour laws, ESIC, PF, and statutory compliances.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle shop-floor challenges with maturity and confidence.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Prior experience working in Manesar, IMT, or any industrial belt is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
