As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to drive sales. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹350,000 - ₹750,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Identify new business opportunities within the channel
• Provide training and support to partners on product offerings
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve results
• Collaborate with marketing to drive promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
• Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our brand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
