The Role:
We are looking for an HR Executive to join our client’s HR team in Noida, reporting to the Associate Director - HR.
This role will have a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, especially during peak hiring quarters, while also handling general HR responsibilities such as onboarding, documentation, MIS, and employee engagement during lean periods.
If you are someone who genuinely enjoys recruiting, but also wants exposure to broader HR functions, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage smooth onboarding & induction experiences for new hires.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and support compliance needs.
- Assist in engagement initiatives and contribute to broader HR projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience (tech/IT hiring preferred).
- Strong willingness to continue in Talent Acquisition as a career path.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations (onboarding, MIS, documentation) is an advantage.
- Can join immediately or within 15 days.
