We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Master Trainer to join NAVVYASA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Master Trainer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our associates. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving employee development and ensuring the success of our training initiatives in the Building Materials industry.

Working closely with the Trainer department, you will be involved in creating engaging training materials, conducting interactive training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization, ultimately contributing to our overall success and growth in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs based on the company's needs and objectives.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to associates at all levels.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
• Mentor and coach junior trainers to enhance their training delivery skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide regular reports on training activities, attendance, and outcomes to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Master Trainer or similar role in the Building Materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field.
