Role Objective
To promote and establish educational products (print & digital) across schools affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, state boards, and international boards. The role involves expanding market presence, building strong school networks, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and establish company’s educational publications and digital solutions in CBSE, ICSE, state, and international schools.
- Build and maintain an active school database for the Surat and surrounding region.
- Achieve sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies to increase market share.
- Reach 300–400 schools annually through direct engagement and relationship-building.
- Appoint and manage distributors/partners for efficient supply of products to schools and retailers.
- Collect and share feedback from schools with the editorial and product teams to support product development.
- Facilitate academic workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities for teachers and school leaders.
- Prepare detailed sales plans, budgets, and progress reports; analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and training to junior sales team members for improved performance.
- Identify new business opportunities in Tier II and Tier III towns around Surat.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical sales practices.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in educational publishing, edtech, institutional sales, or K-12 solutions.
- Strong network and relationships with schools in Gujarat (especially Surat region).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as lead and motivate a small sales team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
