Nbiz infosol (www.nbizinfosol.com) is an information solutions provider focused in the areas of Information Security and Infrastructure consultancy and products solutions.   The role is a is Business Development Executive/Sales Executive where in you are expected to generate revenues to the company and also to be Technical Savvy at the required level to sell Nbiz's products and services. 

This is a FULL REMOTE work. 

The responsibilities which are outlined at a high level are as follows:

Fetch sales and facilitate Information Security/systems related Projects.

To technically understand and map the requirements/expectations/POCs of the prospects/customers pertaining to the the various product families that Nbiz undertakes.  Typical products include Fireeye, IPSwitch, F5, Riverbed and Symantec and so on.  You can browse our website for further details. www.nbizinfosol.com.  The  product families are not limited to the above list but whatever the market demands new products/partnerships will be added.  The incumbent must adapt and adopt these technologies and families and familiarize these products to be able to technically sell and position and maintain. 

To facilitate security product demos, follow up the clients, maintaining customer relationship and to finally acquire the orders. 

To be customer responsive and customer friendly all the time.

At times conduct trainings for the above products in order to create “market awareness”. 

 

Cross sell Lead Auditors, Technical, PMP, CISA etc. and Technical Infrastructure Projects in IT/InfoSec systems domain wherever applicable. 

To market and sell different products and services of Nbiz Infosol pertaining to the job role as indicated above.

To meet different prospects/clients to demonstrate and present Nbiz’s products/services and understand their business requirements. Subsequently prepare proposals, quotations wherever applicable and required and to follow up the same. Attend to tenders and requests (RFIs,RFPs,RFQs etc.,) on demand basis.

To also prepare the contents or presentations to suit the requirements of the clients and present the same to fulfill the expectations of the client’s audience.

You are also expected to generate your own leads/contacts so that you will be able to develop the market segment and growth. 

Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings, Maintain high standard of  personal presentation, Represent in a professional manner at all times, Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and  increase professionalism.

Maintain regular contacts with Key Clients to substitute in case of the absence of any other employee in the company. 

It is also well understood that Information Security products positioning requires some good understanding of the technicalities involved so as to bring a solution to the table.  Hence the incumbent should have Product certifications for any Information security related products and this will be an added advantage.  Information security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH etc., will be very valuable.

Process knowledge pertaining to information security such as ISMS will be required. 

The basic infrastructure related certifications like  MCITP, CISCO,MCSE, Unix, Redhat, Exchange, IBM and such certifications will be added advantage. 

SAN and VMware (any virtualization) related knowledge is an added advantage.

The incumbent should have reasonable knowledge and experience in the broader area not just the products.  For eg., Networking basics, TCP/IP, Applications layer working, Databases, SMTP,Firewalls to mention a few as the basic understanding. Nbiz considers that without the basic Knowledge the candidates cannot position and add value to the customer’s challenges.

To familiarize all the products, Training manuals & Nbiz services. 

To be expert level in MS Office, Acrobat Professional , Corel Draw and such packages. 

Multitasking and substitute in case of the absence of any other employee in the company.

To communicate clearly with business users, both in verbal communication and in written communication. Communication to be very precise, official and in good English.

To work in good attitude, Multitasking, substitute in case of the absence of any other employee in the company and follow the values and principles and morality.

To work and cooperate and help other team members colleagues for official duties.

To help the organization grow to a better level of maturity.
