Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
  • Use social media platforms to attract potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Promote company products/services through direct sales and digital platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate with clients and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.

3. Social Media Strategy & Content Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and sales goals.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

4. Client & Audience Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage online community engagement and maintain brand reputation.

5. Campaign Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze social media and sales performance using analytics tools.
  • Track leads generated through social media and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Optimize marketing and sales strategies based on performance insights and ROI.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and updates for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
