We’re looking for a results-driven Social Sales Marketing Booster to grow brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and increase sales through social media platforms. This role blends content creation, audience engagement, and social selling strategies to drive measurable business growth and also to support Nbiz's products and services.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies focused on sales growth and lead generation 


Promote products/services through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X 


Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, CTAs) aligned with brand voice 


Identify and engage potential customers through comments, DMs, and community interactions 


Build and nurture relationships with prospects using social selling techniques 


Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare reports 


Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals 


Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to refine strategies 


Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand consistency across platforms 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Proven experience in social media marketing or social selling 

Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels 

Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills 

Familiarity with social media analytics tools 

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach 

Ability to work independently and meet targets 

Preferred (Nice to Have) 

Experience with CRM tools 

Influencer marketing or affiliate campaigns 

Basic graphic/video editing skills 

Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads)
