The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth with brands, agencies, and advanced Amazon sellers, helping expand Hector AI’s customer base and revenue.

In this role, you will represent Hector AI’s SaaS platform, a leading solution in retail media optimization and intelligence for Amazon. Our platform brings together self-serve Amazon DSP, AMC insights & audiences, and unified analytics—giving brands and agencies the ability to optimize campaigns with best-in-class automation, audience targeting, and real-time reporting.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping sellers, challenger brands, and specialist agencies unlock growth opportunities on Amazon through Hector AI’s technology.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of how brands grow sales on Amazon and build strategies to help customers achieve those goals.
  • Generate net new business with brands and agencies selling on Amazon (and adjacent marketplaces in the future, such as Walmart, Target, and Instacart).
  • Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to pitch to close—as the lead point of contact for new customer acquisition.
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate Hector AI’s value proposition across multiple stakeholders and levels of target organizations.
  • Lead contract negotiations within established guidelines, fully representing Hector AI at the table.
  • Maintain an accurate and predictable pipeline, supporting reliable revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent Hector AI in the retail media community.
  • This role requires candidates to be based in the US or Canada.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS company, AdTech firm, or within a PPC agency environment.
  • Excited to accelerate your career in the fast-moving retail media and Amazon advertising space.
  • Proven ability to win new business while building long-term client relationships.
  • Skilled at multi-threaded selling and navigating complex organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling decks that tell a story.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by working in a high-growth environment.
