Nemesis Now is seeking an Employee Wellbeing & Mindfulness Coordinator to join our growing People Operations team. This full-time remote position offers an opportunity to design and deliver a holistic wellness experience for our team members, combining access to traditional telehealth resources with initiatives that nurture creativity, mental health, and emotional balance.

As part of our commitment to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture, you will serve as a central point of contact for employee wellbeing, helping team members connect with virtual care, stress management tools, and mindfulness programs that align with our company’s creative and alternative ethos.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in telehealth coordination, mental health support, or wellness programming, who is ready to apply those skills in a creative and people-centered company environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee access to wellbeing and telehealth services, ensuring timely and confidential support.
  • Serve as the liaison between Nemesis Now and third-party health and wellness providers.
  • Develop and maintain a curated library of holistic wellness resources, including mindfulness tools, creative stress relief materials, and virtual wellbeing programs.
  • Plan and facilitate optional virtual sessions such as guided meditations, mindfulness workshops, or wellness discussions.
  • Provide compassionate and confidential support to employees, connecting them with appropriate professional or mental health resources.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to promote mental health awareness, work-life balance, and a supportive culture.
  • Collect feedback and evaluate program effectiveness to continuously improve employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Health Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in telehealth coordination, employee assistance, or wellness program management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic and professional demeanor.
  • Understanding of holistic wellness and mindfulness practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, or Zoom).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience designing or facilitating employee wellness or mindfulness programs is a plus.
