Nemesis Now is looking for a QA Tester (E-commerce & Internal Systems) to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the quality of our wholesale e-commerce platform and internal systems.

As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our software solutions. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to identify, document, and resolve defects while enhancing our testing processes to support continuous improvement. This position is key to maintaining the high standards of quality that our customers expect from Nemesis Now.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for order and inventory workflows, e-commerce, and internal systems
  • Verify data accuracy between online orders, product SKUs, stock levels, and accounting records
  • Test system integrations between platforms, including website, ERP, logistics, and finance systems
  • Identify and analyze edge cases or process breakpoints, such as duplicate orders, incorrect SKU mapping, or failed stock updates
  • Collaborate remotely with developers, product managers, and operations teams to reproduce and resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed test cases, regression test plans, and bug documentation using Jira or similar tools
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, updates, and system releases
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably in e-commerce or ERP systems
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
  • Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
