Summary of the role:
The The Channel Manager, Auto or Fitness–focused will play a strategic role in shaping our growth within rapidly evolving verticals where the right technology ecosystem is a key differentiator. In this role, you will architect and scale partner programs that expand our market reach, strengthen co‑selling motions, and accelerate revenue—leveraging a curated network of technology partners, industry associations, franchise operators, and consultants to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Recruit, onboard, and enable networks to expand market reach and generate qualified leads.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPAs, and business owners, influencing decision-makers and fostering long-term engagement.
- Partner Enablement: Educate partners on solutions, differentiators, and customer value propositions. Develop scalable enablement materials and deliver impactful presentations.
- Revenue Growth: Drive pipeline performance and achieve referral and ARR targets through proactive partner engagement and joint selling strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize CRM tools for accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure accountability and ROI measurement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and deliver market-leading solutions.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company within broker associations and local markets to strengthen brand presence and influence.
What we are looking for:
- Partnership Development & Ecosystem Management: 3+ years recruiting, managing, and growing partner ecosystems across auto/fitness operators, ISVs, integrators, and franchise networks.
- Vertical Expertise (Auto or Fitness): Strong understanding of auto or fitness operational workflows and experience selling into multi‑location, shift‑driven franchise environments.
- Revenue Growth & Co‑Selling: Proven ability to exceed referral and ARR targets through partner activation, co‑selling, and site‑level engagement.
- Enablement & Technical Acumen: Skilled in educating partners on product capabilities and integrations, and creating scalable enablement tools and playbooks.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Effective partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams with the ability to influence and drive aligned execution.
- Operational & Data‑Driven Discipline: Organized, CRM‑savvy, and metrics‑focused with reliable forecasting and ROI tracking.
- Self‑Starter & Builder: Thrives in fast‑moving environments, creating structure and scaling repeatable partner programs from the ground up.
