Summary of the role:


The Channel Manager, Broker will be responsible for building, managing, and growing a high-performing broker network to drive revenue growth and market presence. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with brokers, CPAs, and referral networks, enabling them to deliver value to customers while achieving mutual success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: Recruit, onboard, and enable broker networks to expand market reach and generate qualified leads.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPAs, and business owners, influencing decision-makers and fostering long-term engagement.
  • Partner Enablement: Educate partners on solutions, differentiators, and customer value propositions. Develop scalable enablement materials and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive pipeline performance and achieve referral and ARR targets through proactive partner engagement and joint selling strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize CRM tools for accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure accountability and ROI measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and deliver market-leading solutions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company within broker associations and local markets to strengthen brand presence and influence.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Channel Sales & Partnership Expertise: 3+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in HCM, payroll, benefits, or Saas. Proven success in building and managing broker, CPA, or referral networks.
  • Relationship Building & Influence: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strategic Enablement & Education: Skilled in creating partner enablement programs and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Data-Driven & Operational Excellence: Highly organized with a data-driven approach to performance tracking and forecasting. Proficient in CRM tools.
  • Entrepreneurial & Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
