Summary of the Role
We are looking for a Content & Communications Manager to lead customer-facing communication strategies and create compelling content that drives engagement, retention, and growth. This role requires strong storytelling skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to deliver impactful messaging across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Development:
Create and manage customer communication plans, including in-app messaging, email campaigns, and educational content. - Customer Engagement:
Develop messaging that influences retention and growth, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Brand, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align communication strategies with business objectives. - Market & Customer Insights:
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform content strategy and improve engagement. - Project Management:
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and execution of communication initiatives with attention to detail. - Tech Stack Utilization:
Use tools like Chameleon (in-app messaging), Salesforce, and HubSpot to deliver and track communications.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in customer communications and content (preferably in SaaS or HR tech).
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills.
- Proven ability to influence retention and growth through effective communication.
- Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Familiarity with in-app messaging tools, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
