About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Content Marketing Manager to lead our full‑funnel content strategy and drive inbound growth. You’ll own content across SEO/AEO, editorial, product education, and lifecycle communications—especially within compliance‑heavy industries like HR tech, payroll, or fintech. If you excel at simplifying complex topics and delivering measurable impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full‑funnel content strategy across acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Lead SEO and AI‑search optimization (keywords, on‑page, structured content, schema)
- Manage the editorial roadmap and blog strategy with strong alignment to ICPs and priority verticals
- Simplify complex HR, payroll, and compliance topics into clear, high‑impact content
- Partner with Demand Gen and Sales to create campaign, enablement, and objection‑handling assets
- Develop lifecycle content (email, in‑app, education) to support onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Track performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, pipeline) and continuously optimize
- Stay current on compliance trends and AI‑search best practices to keep content competitive
- Use HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO tools, and messaging platforms to execute and measure programs
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in content marketing, SEO, or editorial roles within B2B SaaS (HR tech, payroll, fintech preferred).
- Proven ability to drive inbound growth and content‑assisted pipeline.
- Strong writing, editorial, and project management skills.
