Role Overview 

The CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM systems, ensuring seamless integrations, maintaining data integrity, and supporting end users. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Salesforce Administration: Configure and maintain Salesforce, including validation rules, flows, fields, record types, Lightning pages, and layouts. Manage user onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Marketing Automation Support: Assist with HubSpot when necessary
  • Integration Management: Implement and maintain integrations such as RingLead, Gong, Ironclad, and Highspot. Monitor sync errors and manage field mapping.
  • Data Hygiene & Operations: Perform deduplication, mass clean-up, and administrative audits. Ensure data standardization and accuracy across systems.
  • End User Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and support for Salesforce and integrated tools. Enable user adoption through training and documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals. Partner with stakeholders to optimize system performance and user experience. 

 

Key Experiences Required 

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration.
  • Familiarity with integrations like RingLead, Gong, Ironclad, or Highspot.
  • Strong data management skills, including deduplication and clean-up operations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Data Loader and Excel.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
