The Data Entry Specialist (India based) is responsible for accurately entering and updating employee information in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and secure handling of confidential information.


Key Responsibilities

  • Access various internal and external portals to download and collect required data
  • Organize and rename downloaded files following internal naming standards
  • Upload and update data into internal systems and reports accurately
  • Ensure the data is accurate, properly labeled, and uploaded to the correct location
  • Handle confidential information securely
  • Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager on timelines and deliverables
  • Provide training and create content as needed


What We Look For

  • 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, especially within Payroll
  • Preferred: Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate data entry abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
