The Product Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new customers — and existing customers adopting new modules — are fully and accurately set up in the Netchex platform prior to go-live. This role blends strong product understanding with operational execution and requires close collaboration with the US-based Implementation team to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously and deliver a high-quality customer experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the Netchex product, including payroll, benefits, and related HCM modules
  • Collaborate with other members of Netchex team on  the onboarding setup process for new customers, ensuring accurate configuration of data, settings, and product modules prior to go-live
  • Support onboarding of additional modules for existing customers, ensuring timely and correct setup
  • Work closely with the Implementation team to align on requirements, timelines, dependencies, and readiness for go-live
  • Access internal and external portals to collect required onboarding data and documentation
  • Organize, validate, and upload customer data into Netchex systems following internal standards and best practices
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the onboarding process
  • Handle sensitive and confidential customer information securely and in compliance with policies
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently while meeting committed timelines
  • Create documentation, training materials, or process content as needed to support onboarding and knowledge sharing
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, efficiency, and quality 

  

What We Look For 

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, onboarding, implementation, or operational roles within Payroll, HCM, or HR technology
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in complex software products
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Exposure to US Payroll processing, Working knowledge of Salesforce
