We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Account Management to oversee strategic client relationships and drive growth within the HR technology space. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management, leadership, and a deep understanding of HR tech solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, foster client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach account management team members to drive performance across key metrics (ARR, cross-sell, up-sell).
  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a senior leader sponsor and advocate.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on account health, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and team development.

  • Deep understanding of HR technology solutions and industry trends.

  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in growing and developing team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; MBA preferred
