Summary of the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team at a growing HR SaaS company. In this role, you’ll lead the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support customer retention. You’ll work across multiple channels and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact content and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging content (text, images, video) for various channels including website, blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with marketing vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to support lead generation and customer retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for strategic planning.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Canva and HubSpot are a plus.
- Solid understanding of Lead Lifecycles and targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with funnel calculations and performance tracking.
