Summary of the Role

We are looking for a talented Product Designer, where you'll blend creativity with user empathy to create smarter, more intuitive software. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Stakeholders to bring concepts to life — from discovery through delivery — while contributing to both product design and outward‑facing marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product direction and user experience.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent clearly.
• Convert user needs and insights into elegant and intuitive interface designs.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, data insights, and technical constraints.
• Design polished 1‑pagers and sales collateral that communicate product value to prospects and customers, aligned with the Netchex brand.
• Produce web assets including landing page layouts, hero graphics, feature illustrations, and promotional banners.
• Support go‑to‑market launches by creating branded visuals for new feature releases, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
• Maintain visual consistency across product UI and external marketing materials by applying and evolving the Netchex brand system.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing problem‑solving, visual design, and UX/UI thinking.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Understanding of responsive web and mobile‑first design principles.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and collaboration with front‑end developers.
• Familiarity with agile product development and cross‑functional workflows.
