About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer II to join our team and help build scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining systems on Microsoft Azure, driving automation, and improving the overall developer experience through robust CI/CD pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
  • Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve reliability and performance issues before they impact users.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
  • Engage in architectural design and decision-making for new services and applications.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

  • Automate manual and repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce human error.
  • Contribute effectively to incident response and post-mortem processes.
