Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to design, lead, and scale programs that empower our sales teams to achieve peak performance. This role will drive onboarding, training, content development, and strategic initiatives that improve productivity, accelerate ramp time, and optimize pursuit strategies across SMB and mid-market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Enablement Strategy & Leadership:
Define and execute enablement programs aligned with go-to-market priorities. Mentor and guide team members to deliver impactful initiatives. - Onboarding & Continuous Learning:
Build scalable onboarding programs, sales playbooks, and ongoing training to ensure rapid ramp-up and sustained performance. - Demand Generation Alignment:
Partner with Marketing to coordinate demand generation initiatives that deliver at least 3x pipeline coverage and consistent lead flow. - Sales Process Optimization:
Improve pursuit strategies, close rates, and streamline workflows for AEs, AMs, SDRs, and Sellers. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align enablement initiatives with business objectives. - Data-Driven Program Management:
Use CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong) to measure impact, optimize programs, and improve sales productivity. - Change Management & Communication:
Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and methodologies across distributed teams through clear, engaging communication. - Content Development:
Create compelling enablement materials, including playbooks, training guides, and scalable resources for sales teams.
What we are looking for
- Sales Enablement Expertise:
5+ years designing and executing enablement programs for SaaS or HR tech companies, with proven success in SMB and mid-market segments. - Demand Generation Leadership:
Experience coordinating initiatives to achieve pipeline coverage goals. - Content & Training Development:
Ability to create scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
Proficiency in CRM systems and enablement platforms for analytics and optimization. - Change Management:
Skilled in driving behavioral change and tool adoption across distributed teams. - Strategic Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, set priorities, and scale programs to support growth. - Advanced Communication:
Strong facilitation and presentation skills for engaging training sessions.
