We are an established and fast-growing international real estate company with offices across Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Denmark. Our multilingual team of driven professionals connects European property buyers with exceptional opportunities across Spain.

As we expand our Telemarketing Department, we're looking for a motivated Dutch & French-speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our office in Bel-Air, Estepona. This is a front-line role with real impact - you'll be the first voice our clients hear, and your conversations directly drive the business forward.

The Role

You’ll be calling warm prospects from our database - people who have already signed up to receive more information about buying property in Spain. Your mission is to engage with them, understand their interest, and successfully book online meetings with our real estate agents.

This is a role where consistency, attitude, and communication skills matter. We expect a minimum average of 2 bookings per day, giving you a clear understanding of what success looks like in the position and the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance bonuses and commission.

• €1,700/month fixed base salary (gross/before taxes)

What You'll Do

• Call prospects from our database who have requested more information about buying property in Spain previously
• Build rapport, qualify their interest, and understand their buying intentions
• Book a minimum of 2 online meetings per day for our real estate agents
• Follow proven scripts and structured processes
• Keep accurate records and update our CRM after every call
• Represent our brand with a professional, helpful, and positive attitude

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely motivated and driven - someone who takes responsibility for their own performance, stays positive during challenging days, and understands how to work professionally within a team environment.

• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Resilient and able to stay focused throughout the day
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
• Professional attitude and positive team mindset
• Native or fluent Dutch and French speaker, with strong English communication skills
• Based within approximately 30-40 minutes from Bel-Air, Estepona, as this is a full-time office-based role
• Comfortable working two weekend shifts per month
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage - but attitude, mindset, and willingness to learn matter more than experience
