Developments.es / New Build Properties is expanding our professional real estate team on the Costa del Sol. 
We are a Danish-owned international real estate group with offices across Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Denmark and Dubai, specialising exclusively in new build properties and representing some of Europe's leading developers.

Through strong marketing investment and user-friendly platforms, we provide our agents with pre-qualified international clients and booked meetings. Supported by our in-house telemarketing team and dedicated resales department, you will also have access to direct listings and additional property options - so you can focus on what you do best: selling.

Your Role

  • Manage qualified international buyers from first contact through to closing
  • Conduct online and in-person property viewings across the Costa del Sol
  • Present and sell new build developments to European and international clients
  • Negotiate offers and guide buyers through the full purchase process
  • Maintain structured follow-up and keep CRM records up to date

Who You Are

This role is open to all languages. Our client base is international and the more languages represented on our team, the stronger we are. You must be fluent at professional level in English plus at least one additional language - whether that's French, Flemish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Danish, or any other European language. If you can sell in it, we want to talk.

Beyond language, you are someone who:

  • Knows the Costa del Sol market and areas
  • Has a proven sales track record and a genuine closing mindset
  • Is registered as autónomo or ready to set up as self-employed for a collaboration
  • Has your own car and a valid driving licence
  • Is professional, proactive, and fully self-directed in managing your pipeline
  • Motivated and hungry to suceed
