Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings with clients (in-person and virtual).
  • Host online meetings to present areas, developments, and opportunities.
  • Guide clients professionally through the full buying process.
  • Manage follow-up and client communication using our CRM.
  • Join team meetings, training sessions, and partner presentations for support, updates, and motivation.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and your team in a collaborative environment.

(Note: Agents work as self-employed collaborators (autónomos) and organise their own schedule. 
Most agents choose to come to the office around 2-3 days per week for support, updates and alignment.)

What You Need

  • German at native or professional level, plus good English.
  • Based permanently on the Costa del Sol.
  • Valid driver’s licence + own vehicle.
  • Experience in real estate or high-value sales preferred.
  • A strong willingness to learn, work, and grow.
  • Professional, reliable and client-focused approach.
