This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced and motivated real estate professional who wants to focus on sales, not paperwork – supported by a strong internal team that manages marketing, administration, and legal processes.

Your Role

• Guide international clients through the full property-buying process.
• Conduct online and in-person viewings of new developments.
• Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, French, or Polish, plus strong English.
• Minimum 1 year of real estate or proven sales experience.
• Based on the Costa del Sol.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
