Telemarketing Agent - French & Dutch Speaking | Estepona, Costa del Sol | Full-time | Permanent Contract

Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com is a Danish-owned international real estate group specialising in new-build and off-plan properties, with offices across the Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Dubai. 
We have been operating for over 9 years connecting European buyers with properties across Spain.

Our telemarketing team is the engine that keeps everything moving - and we are expanding it now.

No cold calling. Ever.

Every person you call has already asked to hear from us. They have visited our platform, shown interest in buying property in Spain, and are waiting for someone to connect with them genuinely.

Your job is to be that person - engage them, understand what they are looking for, and book them in for a consultation with one of our real estate agents.

Target: a minimum of 2 bookings per day. Your earnings grow directly with your results.

This role is exclusively for candidates who:

• Are fluent in French AND Dutch natively - this is essential
• Speak solid English
• Are based within approximately 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air, Cancelada, Estepona
• Are available to work full-time from our office - no remote or hybrid option

What we offer

• €1,700/month gross fixed base salary - from day one
• Monthly performance bonus
• Commission on property sales generated from your bookings
• Full-time permanent contract (indefinido) under Spanish labour law
• Full training provided - no previous real estate experience required
• Modern, international office in Bel-Air, Estepona
• Rotating schedule: 10:00-18:00 or 12:00-20:00
• Two weekend shifts per month, planned in advance

What you will do

• Call warm prospects who have already expressed interest in buying property in Spain
• Build genuine rapport, qualify their interest, and understand their buying intentions
• Book a minimum of 2 online meetings per day for our real estate agents
• Follow proven call structures and make them your own
• Keep accurate CRM records after every call
• Represent Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com with professionalism and energy

Who you are

• Native or fluent French speaker - essential
• Native or near-native Dutch and Flemish speaker - strongly prioritised
• Comfortable and confident on the phone - warm, genuine, and natural
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to clear daily targets
• Resilient and positive throughout the working day
• Based within 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air, Estepona and available full-time in the office
• Comfortable with two weekend shifts per month
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus - attitude and drive matter more
