As a scheduler, you’ll play a key role in supporting patient access to care by coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Verify insurance details and obtain referrals when necessary
• Update patient records in EHR systems accurately
• Communicate with medical offices and patients to coordinate scheduling needs
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and comfort with scheduling software
• Customer service or office experience preferred but not required
