We’re looking for a detail-oriented Remote Prior Authorization Support Clerk to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on administrative roles in the insurance and clinical workflow space.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing documentation and supporting insurance approval processes.
What You’ll Do
- Gather required clinical documents for prior authorizations
- Assist with submitting authorization requests to payers
- Track request status and update internal systems
- Communicate with providers when additional information is needed
- Ensure accuracy and HIPAA compliance at all times
