This position comes with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing talent and dedication in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Implement effective strategies to increase revenue and manage costs
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Develop and manage schedules to optimize labor efficiency
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and presentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in a casual dining setting
