This full-time, on-site position is perfect for those looking to launch their career in the vibrant restaurant industry, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships with our clients.

As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that enhance our catering offerings. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our clients, ensuring that every event showcases the outstanding quality and flavor that Chef Drive is known for. Join us in an energetic environment that values creativity and teamwork, while benefiting from a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage catering sales plans to meet revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely catering services
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
• Assist in promoting catering services through various channels
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall marketing strategies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
